By using SpotRank you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 (or your country's minimum age). You're responsible for your account and keeping your login secure. Provide accurate info and don't impersonate others.
2. What SpotRank is for
Spotting, photographing, rating, and ranking cars seen in public. Not for organizing or promoting street racing, speeding, dangerous/illegal driving, or illegal meetups.
3. Your content & the rules
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the app and its share features.
You agree not to post content that:
- shows readable license plates or identifiable faces (you must redact them before posting);
- you don't have the right to share;
- is harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, deceptive, or illegal;
- exposes someone's private location or personal information;
- promotes dangerous or illegal driving.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
4. Privacy & location
We only store a neighborhood/city label you choose — never precise GPS. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Scores, rankings & boosts
Scores and rankings come only from community ratings and are computed on our servers. Boosts increase visibility only — they never raise a score or change a ranking. Rankings are provided "as is" for entertainment and may change at any time.
6. Purchases
Boosts and SpotRank Pro are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
7. Acceptable use
Don't abuse, automate, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the service, and don't try to manipulate ratings or rankings.
8. Termination
You may stop using SpotRank and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service or others.
9. Disclaimers & liability
SpotRank is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You are solely responsible for how and where you take photos — always obey the law and respect others.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your province/state and country], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
